Redemptive Entrepreneurship
The Redemptive Entrepreneurship course introduces the Three Ways to Build, the Three Dimensions of Building, and the Redemptive Frame that brings them together.
What You’ll Learn:
The Three Ways to Build. Exploitative leaders take all they can get and operate from "I win, you lose." Ethical leaders pursue "win-win." Redemptive leaders sacrifice so others can flourish and operate from "I sacrifice, we win." Most of us slide between these three without noticing, and naming them is the first step toward choosing the redemptive one on purpose.
The Three Dimensions of Building. Leadership asks why we build. Strategy asks what we build. Operations asks how we build. Together, they cover everything your venture does: the motives behind it, the products it ships, and the culture that holds it together.
The Redemptive Frame. The Horizon Principle says your leadership sets the ceiling for what your venture can become, and the Trajectory Principle says every decision you make while building it steers your trajectory as a leader too. Together, they mean growth in you becomes growth in what you build.

Pillar One:
Grow As A Leader
Why you build matters as much as what you build.
This pillar forms the character, identity, and daily practices that sustain a redemptive leader over a lifetime.
A Rule of Life for Entrepreneurs
Think of A Rule of Life as an invitation, not an obligation. It draws on a long Christian tradition of practices that help us stay faithful when culture pulls us in other directions. The Rule highlights six common pressures entrepreneurs face and one simple practice to try in each area.
Time. Give yourself one full day each week for complete rest, and make that rest possible for everyone within your sphere of authority.
Money. Give away a minimum of ten percent of your gross income, with particular attention to the needs of the materially poor.
Imagination. Give your imagination room to breathe with structured limits on screens and entertainment, in quantity, frequency, and moral character.
Decision-Making. Commit to daily prayer, and let major decisions wait until you have submitted your own desires to God's will.
Power. Make space for others. Sacrifice opportunities for your own advancement so that you create pathways for others.
Community. Build real presence with people outside work, and pursue friendships and mentoring across class and ethnicity.
You don't have to take on all six at once. Choose one, try it for four weeks, and invite a spouse, a business partner, or a close friend to join you. Each practice leads you deeper over time, with real freedom waiting on the other side.

Build A Venture
What and how you build flows from who you are becoming.
This pillar gives you frameworks and canvases for designing a venture with purpose leading and profit following.
Redemptive Business Canvas
The canvas is a tool for entrepreneurs who want their venture to carry redemptive impact, not a mandate for every Christian-led business. Treat your business as a work in progress, and bring your imagination to it. Ask what God's ideal might look like for your situation, and let shared values guide each box rather than a matching verse.
The boxes themselves follow the Three Dimensions of Building.
Leadership, why you build. Vision, Mission, and Core Values, grounded in lament, the honest expression of what grieves you about the world. Out of that lament, a clear calling and a focused contribution emerge.
Strategy, what you build. Problem, Solution, Target Audience, Value Proposition, and Marketing, each one validated against real people before you build anything.
Operations, how you build. Sales, Production, Finance, Systems, Team, and Management, stewarded so that the way you build blesses everyone who helps you build it.
Every canvas closes with three measures held in tension together: stakeholder flourishing, financial sustainability, and redemptive impact.
A venture earns the word redemptive only when all three show up at once. Venture builders can treat the canvas as a playground for exploring a new idea. Business owners can fill out one canvas to capture where the business stands today, and a second to design where it is headed.
Redemptive Technology and AI
Artificial intelligence is reshaping our world. For Christian entrepreneurs, the question is deeper than innovation alone. How can we build technology that reflects God’s purposes, restores what is broken, and serves people rather than replaces them?
Redemptive AI offers a vision grounded in both hope and realism. It affirms the goodness of innovation while recognizing its distortions. And it calls builders to protect human dignity, promote trust, strengthen relationships, promote trust and equity, and pursue flourishing across the globe.
Alongside this vision, the FaithTech Playbook offers a practical pathway. Through its 4D cycle—Discover, Discern, Develop, Demonstrate—you’ll learn how to build technology in step with the Holy Spirit, avoiding the trap of “quick fixes” and instead pursuing solutions rooted in wisdom, community, and long-term impact.
