The Workshop

You are building something that matters. You are probably doing it without people who understand what it truly costs to build with faith in a world that has pulled work and worship apart.

The Workshop exists for that gap.

It brings together early-stage Christian entrepreneurs who refuse to keep their faith and their work in separate rooms.

Over one day, you will sharpen your vision, strengthen your spiritual foundations, and explore how your venture can serve the common good and participate in God's renewal of the world.

You will do it alongside founders who carry the same questions, supported by mentors who hold biblical wisdom and business excellence together.

You will sketch your own Rule of Life, a set of practices for prayer, rest, work, and generosity that sustain you during the building years. What you are becoming matters more than what you are building.

Your venture is a site of restoration. Build it that way. The Workshop introduces the Redemptive Business Canvas, a framework that maps why you build, how you build, and what you build. You will work through it with a fellow founder and leave with a clearer picture of how your work participates in God's renewal of the world. The question that changes everything is simple: what might repair look like here?

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE

The day moves in three parts.

The morning is for foundation.

You arrive for worship, Scripture reading, and reflection. Then, you hear one founder's story told with unusual honesty, and spend time in a small circle facing the questions that sit underneath all your other questions. A short teaching anchors the morning. You share a meal together before anything else begins.

The afternoon is for your venture.

You work through the Redemptive Business Canvas with a fellow founder, meet with mentors matched to your sector and stage, and sketch the first outline of your own Rule of Life. You leave with something in hand and something underway.

The day closes in prayer.

Each founder shares what stayed with them and what they are taking away. The room that began in worship ends together in prayer.
