Program

The day moves in three parts: spiritual foundation in the morning, venture work and counsel in the afternoon, and prayer at the close. Every session connects to the one before it.

Part One: Spiritual Foundation

Worship.The day begins before anything is explained. An hour of sung worship, Scripture, and silence gives the room a chance to arrive fully. The day is released to God before any work begins.

Founder Story. One founder tells their story with unusual honesty, including what faith and work colliding actually cost them. Not a polished testimony. A truthful account. What is shared in the room stays in the room.

Teaching and Exercise. A short teaching introduces the Meaningful Challenge, the framework you'll use to name the specific problem your venture or organization exists to solve. You draft your own one-sentence version and test it with a fellow founder before lunch.

Part Two: Venture Work and Counsel 

Shared Meal. A long, unhurried lunch with no agenda attached. Tables are mixed. Mentors join you here. Conversation is unmanaged. Relationships form here that last well beyond the day.

The afternoon then splits into two tracks, depending on where your idea or venture stands. We'll confirm which one fits you when we follow up after your application.

1. If you have a venture or organization underway: you move into Mentoring Conversations, two separate rounds, forty minutes each, with two different mentors. You bring one real problem to each. There is no pressure to have it resolved. We do our best to match mentors to your sector and stage, though founders often find the greater value simply in sitting with a Christian leader who has built something real.

2. If you are still discerning your idea: you move into the Redemptive Business Canvas instead, a facilitated session across both blocks that walks you through Leadership, Strategy, and Operations, always starting from the same honest place: what grieves you about the world, and what you sense you're called to build in response.

Both tracks return to the same room by mid-afternoon.

Rule of Life Sketch. A short teaching introduces the Rule of Life as a set of sustainable practices for prayer, rest, work, and generosity during the building years. You sketch a first draft of your own.

Reflection and Synthesis. A quiet block with a few written prompts. Here you'll also name a thirty-day commitment, in writing, something you sense you're being called to act on in the month after the day. It's returned to you one month later as a quiet act of accountability.

Part Three: Closing 

Peer Circle. Each founder gets one minute to share a key learning, a key moment, or a word of gratitude from the day. The room listens, then moves to prayer.

Closing Prayer and Send. The room prays together, holding what's been named throughout the day, including each founder's thirty-day commitment. The day ends when the last person has prayed.
